We do want customers to be happy with their purchases, however please
bear in mind that in most cases you are buying a used product from us
and while our descriptions are, we feel, accurate, if in doubt we will
be happy to answer any queries before you place your order.
Returns in order to action a full or partial refund are accepted under
the following circumstances: Products can only be returned if the
product was received damaged or broken or in a lower grade condition
than listed in the product description.
